Our property maintains a strict smoke-free and pet-free policy. Any violations will result in a fee.

All guest rooms are priced for double occupancy. If you wish to accommodate additional guests, please notify the front desk so we can provide the necessary linens. A fee of $25.00 USD will apply for each extra guest.

The Olympic Athletic Club is fully operational for our guests. Access to the pool and classes requires advance reservations. For the most current information, please contact the front desk.

Hotel Ballard offers parking options that include our on-site underground garage as well as nearby surface lots for oversized vehicles. To facilitate your arrival, please utilize the loading zone in front of Hotel Ballard's main entrance to obtain a parking pass and instructions for garage entry. The main entrance is located at 5216 Ballard Avenue NW, Seattle, WA 98107.

Self-parking passes are available for $25.00 USD per night, unless included with a travel perk or promotion.

Please note that the Olympic Rooftop Pavilion is located on the 5th floor, adjacent to our Courtyard suites. Events may be hosted in the pavilion during your stay. We recommend contacting the front desk before your visit to inquire about any scheduled events or to request accommodations away from the event space.

A 72-hour cancellation policy is in effect; cancellations made after 3:00 PM local time, less than 3 days prior to arrival, will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. A minimum security deposit of $100.00 USD will be collected upon check-in for any incidental charges.
